Classification: W2, Temporary – Part Time
Length of Contract: 12 months, with possibility of extension and potential to turn into a permanent full-time role.

What This Job is About: This Contract Account Service Director manages the overall day-to-day planning, developing, and executing of various experiential marketing programs for a single Healthcare partner, as well as sustaining client relationships with minimal supervision.
Direct the partner programs to success with an intimate understanding of the clients' industries, goals, and objectives.Act as the day-to-day client contact and lead programs with little oversight while managing a cross-functional internal team.Hold the accountability for the delivery of high-quality work, ensuring superior service and thought.Build and strengthen relationships with external and internal stakeholders through relationship building, program development and leadership.Travel when required - some night and weekend work.Project Management: Serve as the account lead responsible for the success of the client.Demonstrate working knowledge of experiential marketing including intricacies of planning events.Apply best practices and learnings from previous projects to elevate performance levels.Business Development: Identify potential threats as well as opportunities and proactively outline potential solutions.Identify and lead efforts for strategic client growth, manage internal resources and proposal delivery as required.Ultimately responsible for client relationship management and relationship building.Financial Management: Oversee all project budget and billing needs.Manage the profitability of specified budget parameters, including maximizing cost efficiencies.Personnel Management: Manage internal and external staff on the execution and delivery of programs.Manage and mentor direct reports and members of the account teams.What You're All About: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or other related field.6-9+ years of relevant marketing, event, promotions, communications or sponsorship experience, with a relative Healthcare brand.Overall excellent communication, presentational, organizational and interpersonal skills - experience in client management a necessity.Excellent ability to communicate professionally, clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, especially with external stakeholders such as senior-level partner contacts.Strong ability to project manage and deliver successful programs on time and within budget - superior attention to personal and team accountability.Excellent project and time management skills to oversee multiple partners, programs, resources and relationships simultaneously.Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills based on industry, agency and partner knowledge.A thorough understanding of experiential marketing, client servicing and working with multi-national and national brands.Strong work ethic and experience building and leading multi-disciplinary teams.A flexible and enthusiastic team player and leader - comfortable stepping into enterprise-wide leadership.An energetic, positive and influential attitude.Advanced-level computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite applications as well as Keynote.Next Steps: To apply for this position please respond to this posting with your cover letter, resume and salary requirements.
