Do you have a passion for mentoring and inspiring teams? As a department manager, you will provide leadership to crew members and other management to ensure Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value to our customers. You must demonstrate leadership ability by scheduling shifts effectively in advance and building constructive relationships to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards. Shift managers monitor safety, security, and profitability while ensuring proper communication throughout the team. You will be responsible for meeting targets during shifts and helping assigned departments meet their goals.
For the kitchen department manager, you must manage the kitchen department and food cost, conduct inventory, and manage bi-weekly ordering. For the people department, you must prepare weekly schedules and manage labor for the restaurant.
Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Most importantly, we're looking for team players to help drive the team, create a fun environment, and produce exemplary results in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay rate ranges from $16 to $22 an hour with completion of Department Manager curriculum and class verification. $16/hour prior to completion of stated requirements. Raise to $17/hour after class completion.
