Job Details: Full-timeDepartment: MaintenanceJob Location: Green Bay, WIMaintenance Levels (based on experience and education)Entry Level - $20.00-$23.00 per hourLevel 1 - $24.00-$26.00 per hourLevel 2 - $27.00-$30.00 per hourLevel 3 - $31.00-$35.00 per hour2nd and 3rd shifts available2nd shift - additional $1.00 per hour 3rd shift - additional $2.00 per hourAttendance IncentiveAdditional $1.00 per hour for good weekly attendanceSummary: Under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician repairs and maintains production equipment and buildings to company standard.
Job Duties: The list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.
PC to PLC program maintenance, troubleshooting, and control devicesEffectively use hand tools and electric or pneumatic power toolsPerform preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance on equipmentRead electrical schematicsDiagnose cause of electrical and mechanical failure of operational equipmentSet up new equipment lines and equipment changeoversTrain production and other maintenance personnelAbility to work with minimal supervision and complete projects on due datesWork on electrical systems up to 480 VACStrong knowledge in motor control circuits, automated valves and process controlsEnsure that all processes are followedComplete daily work order logComplete PM's as assignedFollow parts check out procedureFollow all GMP standardsAll other duties as assignedQualifications: Associate Degree in Electrical Maintenance preferred or High School Diploma plus at least three years of related experienceMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basisExperience with a Windows-based computer system (Microsoft Office programs and Maintenance Work Order software)Ability to read and comprehend documents such as blueprints, schematics, work orders, etc.Ability to write standard documentation and effectively present information to other employeesThis position may require forklift certificationConditions of Employment: Candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
