Job Description Business Technology Solutions Early Talent Program Business Systems Analyst Description: AbbVies Business Technology Solutions Early Talent Program Business Systems Analyst offers two diverse and challenging twelve-month rotation assignments.
Program members develop their technology and business problem-solving skills while gaining a deeper understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry to create value for AbbVies patients.
The program provides aspiring Business Technology Solutions professionals a range of unique experiences while addressing the business needs of today.
You will spend two years as a full-time salary employee in the program, completing two separate professional rotation assignments geared towards the following potential opportunities: Business Analytics Project Management Data Analytics Data Science Application Technology Emerging Technology Design & Architecture Digital Technology Information Security The majority of program members will be placed in Lake County, IL for their first rotation, with the possibility of an initial placement or rotation in any U.S. AbbVie or Allergan Aesthetics location.
Placements will be based on business need and individuals' preference.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Must be currently enrolled in university and completing final year of studies in a discipline listed below: Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Computer Engineering, User Design, Business Administration with a minor or concentration in one of the above fields; or related fields Completion of a Bachelors degree with a graduation date between December 2024 July 2025 Previous internship or related experience required School or work experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications: Proven track record of teamwork, adaptability, innovation, initiative, and integrity Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills Ideal candidates will combine technical and business knowledge with analytical strength and creative problem-solving abilities Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher preferred Additional Information Applicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law: The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.
Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
