*The Opportunity*
As a Performance Media Intern, you will be accountable for supporting the Performance Marketing team who is responsible for driving long-term growth and in-quarter results for the Consumer, Small Business and Education segments of the $10 billion Creative Cloud business
Creative Cloud products are used to make the most visually engaging digital experiences anywhere, and Adobe is uniquely positioned to capitalize on the nature of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and whatever is next.
In this internship, you should expect to immerse yourself in Adobe's marketing strategy, the paid media landscape, and gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration across Campaign Marketing, Integrated Marketing Analysis, Adobe Studio, Go to Market Business Unit, Display, Search, and Web teams.
You will have the opportunity to perform user research to identify what is important to our customers, and use those insights to highlight what makes Adobe products elite within our marketing campaigns.
You will be accountable for identifying gaps in processes and workflows within and across teams within the Global Marketing Organization, and work with relevant collaborators in deploying solutions.
You'll learn oodles of standard methodologies on performance media marketing and measurement across Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Display, Pinterest, Snapchat, and more.
All 2025 Adobe interns will be co-located hybrid.
This means that interns will work between their assigned office and home.
Interns will be based in the office where their manager and/or team are located, where they will get the most support to ensure collaboration and the best employee experience.
Managers and their organization will communicate the frequency they need to go into the office to meet priorities.

Develop and implement cross-channel media strategies to drive business growthPartner with GTM and PMM organizations to build strategic marketing plans to deliver on revenue and efficiencyEstablish new processes and playbooks for collaboration across the marketing organizationOptimize existing workflow processes for campaign planning, creative, audience targeting, & implementationUser research and investigation to identify ways to continually improve our marketingSynthesize customer research to inform marketing briefsAssist with asset preparation to support campaign launches across social media platformsAnalyze the social competitive space to assist the team in understanding how other brands are approaching social marketing and seek opportunities to evolve our strategy*What You Need to Succeed*
Currently enrolled full-time and pursuing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (Marketing, Economics, Business, Finance, etc.)
required with an expected graduation date of December 2025 - June 2026Ability to participate in a full time internship between May-SeptemberFocus of study in Economics, Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related fieldExcellent written & verbal communication skills and comfortable presenting to teamsStrong project management skills and ability to multi-task with multiple different objectives and deliverablesStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsProven growth mindsetAbility to interpret data, multi-task, and produce results independently and collaborativelyCompassion for users and a passion for extracting insights from dataOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
The U.S. pay range for this positionis $25.00 -- $30.00 hourly.
