2025 University Graduate (U.S.) – Industrial/Systems EngineerThis entry-level position will allow you to perform assignments that will develop professional working knowledge and abilities through the application of applicable codes and standards, as well as engineering calculations and techniques, procedures, and criteria. You will exercise limited, but increasing, judgment in performing your assigned duties using methods prescribed by your supervisor.
Typical Activities Assisting in developing functional/system analysis to define facility/system design requirements.Assisting in establishing the means of verifying requirements implementation, including acceptance criteria.Assisting in the preparation of system and facility design criteria documents.Supporting system-level design verification, requirements verification, test requirements specification, and requirements flow down and traceability.Assisting in the preparation of assessments to validate and verify implementation and traceability of requirements into design.Participating in technical discussions to resolve system design issues.Researching and documenting system operations and limits from the review of design and basis documents and from discussions with system designers.Performing model-based systems engineering using commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) automation tools (e.g., IBM Rationale Dynamic Object Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) or Innoslate by Spec Innovations).
