What you will do:


Lead andidentifycontinuous improvement activities in manufacturing processes, including automation, robotics, and digital systems.




Provide day-to-day support to resolve manufacturing issues and drive improvements across multiple value streams.




Evaluate andoptimizenew and existing manufacturing processes to ensure they meet production, safety, and cost standards.




Lead teams in continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, and 6s methodologies.




Develop specifications for equipment, tooling, materials, and processes to ensure the safe and efficient production of products.




Support the introduction of new products and innovative manufacturing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.




Maintainaccurateprocess documentation, engineering change notices, and quality records to ensure compliance with industry standards.




Drive projects focused on capital improvements, automation, and process optimization to enhance operational performance.

What you will need:


Level I:


Bachelor's degree in a technical field or anAssociate'sdegree with 3-5 years of relevant manufacturing experience.




Level II:


Bachelor's degree in a technical field or anAssociate'sdegree with 5-7 years of manufacturing experience.




Level III:


Bachelor's degree in a technical field or anAssociate'sdegree with 7-10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.







Skills, Experience & Abilities


Leadership:Ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes.




Continuous Improvement:In-depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience in leading CI projects.




Project Management:Experience in managing multiple projects and ensuringtimelyexecution of process improvements.




Communication:Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.




Technical Expertise:Proficiencyin key manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, assembly techniques, automation, PLC, and computer applications.
