Academic Coordinator/Director of Strategy and Operations - Master of Quantitative Economics University of California Los Angeles Requisition Number: JPF09013 The Master of Quantitative Economics (MQE) Program at UCLA invites highly qualified applicants to the Director of Strategy and Operations, effective immediately. This is a full-time, two-year contract position (with possibility to extend). The Director of Strategy and Operations manages all aspects of the MQE program related to financial management, operational efficiency, program assessment and strategic planning. The director's primary responsibility involves overseeing the financial and strategic operations of the Master of Quantitative Economics (MQE) program to ensure all systems, processes and personnel are working in alignment to support the continued growth of this self-supporting degree program. The director manages the day-to-day operations of the MQE program, ensuring synergistic collaboration between staff members, academic coordinators, lecturers, and program faculty. The director also serves as a strategic partner to the MQE Faculty Director and MQE Faculty Committee to effectively anticipate changing industry demands, market shifts, and global economic conditions impacting program growth.
