Position Overview:
As an Account Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Account Management, IT, Merchandising, and Marketing teams, as well as our valued clients. Your responsibilities will revolve around administrative tasks, project management, research, proofreading, and website testing. Additionally, you'll be involved in creating client quotes, enhancing presentations and marketing materials, and maintaining brand integrity. Under the guidance of our Director of Relationship Management, you'll be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations and fostering positive working relationships.
Location:
This position is based in the Pacific Time Zone, and residency within this zone is required. The role involves working during PT business hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing comprehensive support to various teams and clients.
- Conducting research on products, suppliers, pricing, and events to support client programs.
- Cultivating strong client relationships and delivering exceptional client support.
- Collaborating with internal departments and external partners to drive project success.
- Developing and presenting client program quotes and tracking project progress.
- Analyzing and presenting data to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting with presentations, marketing efforts, and website management tasks.
- Supporting Account Managers and providing inside sales assistance.
- Planning and executing client redemption events and trade shows.
- Coordinating marketing communication projects and ensuring brand consistency.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong proofreading skills and brand marketing acumen.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and ability to adapt to change.
- Team player with a solutions-focused attitude.
Residency Requirements:
For remote roles, candidates must be located in one of the 50 states of the United States or Washington DC.
