Piper Companies is searching for an

Account Executive

to work

Hybrid in Washington, DC

for a national commercial and federal systems integrator. The

Account Executive

will drive growth in the Federal and SLED (State, Local, Education) verticals for our comprehensive suite of integrated technology solutions.

Responsibilities of the Account Executive include:
Increase market share by selling OEM-integrated technology products and services to new and existing federal customers.
Support the Federal business vertical to achieve budgeted revenue targets.
Represent Companies' IP/IT solutions during all customer interactions and presentations.
Develop and execute a business plan and strategy to target and secure new customers.
Create and manage account plans, and participate in strategy meetings for existing customers.

Qualifications for the Account Executive include:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience in selling Access Control, IP CCTV solutions, Structured Cabling, Audio-Visual, Wi-Fi, DAS, pLTE, IT Managed Services, or other building automation solutions specifically in the Federal and SLED markets.
Proven ability to generate meetings with C-Level decision-makers.
Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas and acquiring new customers.
Ability to drive year-over-year growth in customer base and annual revenues.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Compensation for the Account Executive includes:
Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 (**depending on experience**) plus commission.
