WorkSmart is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing new business in the technology field for the last 3+ years.
This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to understand and meet client needs.
Core Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the managed IT services sector. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects. Conduct thorough needs analysis and present tailored IT solutions to potential clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and WorkSmart's service offerings. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Negotiate contracts and close sales. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven track record of closing new business in the technology field.Strong understanding of managed IT services and technology solutions.Strong understanding of Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and tactics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.Willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Skills: Experience in selling managed IT services or similar technology/cloud solutions. Knowledge of the latest technology trends and developments. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, & HubSpot or equivalent

This is a hybrid position.
