We invest in our team through demand generation, methodology-driven sales philosophy, weekly sales training, customer-driven roadmaps, and direct access to our executive team for support in closing deals.Your MissionAs an Account Executive, you will work closely with your team to generate, qualify, and execute opportunities that support our customers in becoming more trusted organizations, thereby driving revenue for OneTrust. You will use your industry knowledge and value-based sales skills to create effective solutions and solve complex customer problems. Bringing useful insights and best practices to our customers and prospects will be key to your success.As a Strategic Account Executive, you will:Collaborate with your team to meet or exceed quotaEngage in outreach to generate a consistent pipeline, even while managing closing activitiesLeverage internal stakeholders, leaders, and champions to drive sales strategy executionWork cross-functionally with Business Development, Partner Channel, and Solutions Engineering to land and expand key accountsUtilize two-sided discovery and impeccable communication to understand customer needs and present valuable solutionsDifferentiate OneTrust's solutions by understanding key competitors and their strategiesBuild strong customer relationships, positioning OneTrust as a trusted advisorManage and optimize a targeted geographic territoryYou AreYou are a team player with a hunting mentality and a consultative approach. Curiosity, innovation, authenticity, leadership, and integrity define your work. You excel in communicating with C-Level Executives and are confident in your communication skills.
