Your Responsibilities
Services designated book of business as relating to marketing, claims, and administration.
Responds to Client's inquiries, maintains documentation of communications, existing issues, and issues resolutions.
Supports implementation of new lines of coverage by setting up account, collecting needed documentation, and reviewing plan details with Client and Carrier.
Gathers and compiles exposure information from the Client, including compiling loss-run schedules and client stratifications.
Analyses exposures and identifies risks, inconsistencies, and accuracy of reported data.
Requests and collects quotes (new and renewal) from carriers.
Audits quotes, binders, and endorsements and makes requests for changes as needed.
Processes audits and creates audit analysis for Client.
Updates specifications, applications, and summary information to reflect changes during the year.
Monitors and manages daily service coordination and risk management needs of Clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field and/or years of experience equivalent.
2-7 years of Client services experience is required.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills required.
Understands industry trends and governmental regulations.
Ability to complete continuing education requirements as needed.
Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as required, including industry training sessions.
Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting confidentiality of client and company information.
Effectively organize work and manage time in order to meet deadlines.
Willing to work outside of normal business hours if necessary.
Ability to meet or exceed client-sensitive deadlines.
Legally eligible to work in the United States.
