Job Description:Lyft is seeking a dedicated and reliable Account Support Assistant to join our team in San Diego, California. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Assistant will primarily be responsible for assisting the account management team in providing exceptional service to our clients. This is a part-time position with a requirement of at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:1. Assist the account management team in maintaining client relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.2. Provide support in preparing client reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.3. Manage and update client databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.4. Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for improving client satisfaction and retention.5. Assist in tracking and monitoring key account metrics to ensure goals are being met.6. Support the team in coordinating client meetings and events.7. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the account management team.

Requirements:1. 2 years of experience in a client support or account management role.2. Reliable and independent, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.3. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.4. Excellent communication and persuasion skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
