### **Job Description:**

We are looking for a motivated and independent Account Support Assistant to join our remote team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to begin their career in a dynamic environment while contributing to team success. As an Account Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing excellent support to our account management team and ensuring smooth operations.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Support:**
- Respond to inquiries from customers via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with account setup, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

2. **Data Management:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Assist in data entry and ensure all account-related documents are up to date and easily accessible.

3. **Team Collaboration:**
- Work closely with account managers to coordinate and streamline workflow processes.
- Participate in team meetings, providing insights and updates on customer feedback and experience.

4. **Reporting:**
- Generate reports on customer interactions, feedback, and account metrics to support account managers in decision-making.
- Track and analyze trends to help identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery.

5. **Administrative Support:**
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Support special projects or initiatives as assigned by the account management team.

6. **Training and Development:**
- Engage in continuous learning opportunities for professional development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and ConocoPhillips products and services to provide informed support to customers.

### **Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- **Experience:** No prior experience required; internships or educational projects relevant to account support are a plus.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Independent thinker who can manage tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
- Highly motivated and eager to learn and grow within the organization.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
