We are looking for a motivated and independent Account Support Assistant to join our remote team. - Work closely with account managers to coordinate and streamline workflow processes.
- Participate in team meetings, providing insights and updates on customer feedback and experience.
4. **Reporting:**
- Generate reports on customer interactions, feedback, and account metrics to support account managers in decision-making.
- Track and analyze trends to help identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery.
5. **Administrative Support:**
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Support special projects or initiatives as assigned by the account management team.
6. **Training and Development:**
- Engage in continuous learning opportunities for professional development.
- Stay updated on industry trends and ConocoPhillips products and services to provide informed support to customers.
### **Requirements:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- **Experience:** No prior experience required; internships or educational projects relevant to account support are a plus.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
