Supervalu is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Account Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This remote position will play a crucial role in supporting our accounts department and ensuring the seamless operation of our services. **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Interaction:** Serve as a first point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional responses via email, phone, and chat.
- **Data Management:** Assist in the maintenance and update of client accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date in our CRM system.
- **Report Generation:** Compile and prepare reports on account status, client engagement, and sales support activities, delivering insights to assist the management team.
- **Account Support:** Collaborate with the account management team to support client onboarding processes, develop client-centric solutions, and resolve account-related issues efficiently.
- **Documentation:** Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to support service improvements.
- **Process Improvement:** Identify and propose new strategies to enhance workflow efficiency within the accounts department, leveraging creativity to solve challenges.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments—such as sales, marketing, and logistics—to facilitate communication and coordinate project initiatives.
- **Administrative Duties:** Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, assisting in the preparation of presentations, and managing confidential information.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
- **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within an accounts or customer service setting.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM software. Experience with data analysis tools is a plus.
