Job Description:
Best Buy is looking for a part-time Account Support Associate to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be energetic and driven, with strong soft skills in persuasion and analysis.
Responsibilities:1. Provide support to key accounts, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client relationships.2. Assist with account management tasks, such as preparing reports, analyzing data, and presenting findings to the team.3. Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and partners to ensure the success of account initiatives and projects.4. Handle administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and managing expenses.5. Participate in training opportunities to improve knowledge and skills related to account support and customer service.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in account support or customer service.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.6. Flexibility to work remotely and travel as needed.
