### Key Responsibilities:
- **Customer Support:** Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information regarding product features, services, and technical issues.
- **Problem Resolution:** Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues effectively. This includes escalating complex issues to appropriate internal teams, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
- **Account Management:** Assist with onboarding new clients, guiding them through the setup process, and providing continuous support to ensure they are leveraging our products effectively.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using CRM software and internal databases.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with account managers, technical support teams, and product specialists to align customer needs with service offerings and ensure a seamless experience.
- **Feedback Loop:** Gather customer feedback on product usability and service experience, providing insights to the product development team to enhance our offerings.
- **Reporting:** Prepare periodic reports on customer interactions, common issues, and resolutions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Training and Development:** Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay informed about our products, services, and industry best practices.
### Requirements:
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support, account management, or a related field, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
