**Job Overview:**
Booking.com is seeking an experienced and passionate Account Support Manager to join our dynamic team in Washington, D.C. This part-time role is ideal for a reliable individual who excels at building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional support. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing our accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the success of our partnerships.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Management:** Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key accounts, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- **Account Strategy Development:** Develop and implement account strategies tailored to each client's objectives, performance metrics, and industry trends to optimize overall account performance.
- **Issue Resolution:** Proactively identify potential issues, address client inquiries, and troubleshoot challenges in a timely manner while maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
- **Performance Reporting:** Analyze account performance data and prepare actionable insights and reports for clients. Use metrics to demonstrate progress, highlight opportunities, and recommend improvements.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align client needs with Booking.com's services and offerings.
- **Training & Support:** Provide training and ongoing support to clients regarding Booking.com tools and resources, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge to use our platform effectively.
- **Client Outreach:** Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify areas for improvement in services provided.
- **Market Awareness:** Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts that could impact our accounts or opportunities for growth.
- **Corporate Social Responsibility:** Participate in and promote Booking.com's corporate social responsibility initiatives that benefit the community, ensuring that our values align with our operations.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management, client support, or related fields, preferably in the travel or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of analytics and account performance metrics.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information in an understandable and engaging manner.
- Proven creativity in problem-solving and developing innovative approaches to meet client needs.
- A reliable team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Passionate about customer service and committed to enhancing the client experience.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools essential for account management.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
