**Job Summary:**
The Account Support Officer plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and support to our clients. This position is a part-time role and requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage accounts. The Account Support Officer will work closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure account activities run smoothly and meet client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide comprehensive support to the sales team and maintain accurate client accounts, including contact details, order history, and contract information.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries promptly and providing solutions to any issues that arise.
- Monitor account activities, track key performance indicators, and prepare reports for senior management on account performance and areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as sales, logistics, and customer service—to ensure timely fulfillment of client orders and manage the lifecycle of client accounts effectively.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, gathering necessary documentation and ensuring a seamless transition into our services.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Analyze customer feedback and critical account data to make informed decisions that enhance the client experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively communicate service offerings and potential benefits to clients.
- Support the creation and implementation of client engagement strategies, including newsletters, product updates, and promotional materials.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in account management, customer support, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, demonstrated by effective problem-solving abilities.
