Job Description:
Ripple, a leading technology company in the financial services industry, is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the following personality traits: resilience and drive. Additionally, strong soft skills in analysis and creativity are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner- Assist with account management tasks, including data entry, maintaining records, and updating information as needed- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts- Analyze data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving customer satisfaction and account performance- Develop creative solutions to enhance the overall customer experience and drive business growth- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery- Travel occasionally to meet with clients or attend company events
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred- 4+ years of experience in account support or customer service role- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, CRM software, and other relevant tools- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment- Willingness to travel occasionally and attend events outside of regular working hours- Commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices
