Accountant

Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and adaptable Accountant to join our team at Ford Motor in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a part-time, entry-level position with 1 year of experience required. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and analyzing financial data to ensure the financial health of the company.

Responsibilities:- Manage financial records and update financial statements- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and best practices- Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks- Communicate financial information to internal stakeholders- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance- 1 year of experience in accounting or finance- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strategic planning skills- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software- CPA certification (preferred but not required)
