We are a market leader specializing in radiotherapy QA technology.We are seeking a candidate with strong Accounting skills to take ownership of our Accounts Payable and Payroll processes, as well as provide competent reporting for our monthly, quarterly and annual reporting. At Standard Imaging, employees enjoy: Start the weekend early! - a work schedule of Monday- Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm & Friday 7:30am - 2:30pm Excellent benefits package Fun, hardworking, collaborative atmosphere Free soft drinks & coffee Monthly celebrations and quarterly cookoutsPosition responsibilities:Process and maintain accounts payable, including year-end preparation of all 1099 forms for two entities.Monitor and analyze daily cash flow and cash accounts for two entitiesPrepare and process bi-weekly payroll using third-party payroll processorReconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts for month-end and year-end reportingMonitor and process company credit card transactions.Verify correct payment or accrual of sales use tax and file annual reportsProcess fixed asset transactions and depreciation and prepare and file personal property tax returnPrepare monthly and quarterly accounting reports as needed, including providing financial analysis and necessary spreadsheet creationPrepare journal entriesAssist with budget preparation and maintenanceAdminister security system and assist with other administrative tasksOther duties as needed including royalty calculations, customer support expense tracking and assistance with building managementRequirements:Associates or Bachelors' degree in Accounting or Finance required2+ years of accounting and payroll experience required, manufacturing experience preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented with strong analytical skillsGood problem-solving and time management skillsHave a positive attitude and be team-oriented
