Position Overview: As an Accountant at MAAC Machinery, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in accounting procedures. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations to ensure compliance and best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus, especially for senior-level candidates. Proven experience in accounting or finance, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work. Independent and hardworking, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
