Job Description and Duties Under the general direction of the Accounting Administrator II, the Accounting Administrator I (Supervisor), is responsible for the management of the Financial Reports Unit in the Department of Justice Accounting Office. The position manages and provides technical expertise to a group of professional and semi-professional accounting staff and assists the Department in meeting the requirements of Control Agencies while developing a high level of professional competency in subordinate employees. This job requires a high degree of expertise and knowledge of the laws and regulations of Control Agencies that allow for proper accounting of financial transactions and preparation of year-end financial reports. Working Conditions This position offers a hybrid work schedule with two days in-office and three days telework. Schedule is subject to change due to department workload.
