Location Description
The iconic Arizona Biltmore is located in the heart of the prestigious Biltmore neighborhood in Phoenix.
The resort was named the "Jewel of the Desert" since its opening on February 23, 1929.
This gorgeous 39-acre property reopened in May 2021 after undergoing a $150 million restoration and has over 700 rooms, over 200,000 square feet in banquet space, and 8 food and beverage outlets (including 2 restaurants, 2 bars, 2 poolside bars, a gelato shop/caf, and in-room dining).

Overview
As an Accounting Analyst you would be responsible for performing activities to support the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and General Accounting functions.
The Analyst will participate in the development and processes of accurate reports and account management.
Specifically, this includes but is not limited to, the following duties:
Perform applicable retained Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll and General Accounting functions.
Respond to guest inquiries, charge inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to support continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Collaborate with SSCs and service provider, as well as partner with SSC to resolve disputes.
Participate in the production of monthly accounts as directed.
Complete month-end responsibilities.
Execute internal control over revenues, expenses, assets and liabilities of the hotel.
Participate in special projects, team training and development.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
Report results to others and aids others to understand financial matters.
Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with other finance departments and corporate departments they support.
Collaborate with manager to establish specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize and accomplish project/department goals.
Attend staff meetings pertinent to work assignments.
Research and respond to information requests from internal departments and management.
Act in accordance with fire, health and safety regulations on property and follow the correct procedures when required.
This is a full-time position and the schedule for this role is Monday - Friday from 8:30am-5pm.
Qualifications Prior accounting experience, preferred Hospitality industry experience, preferred Experience with OnQ, preferred College course work in related field, preferred Excellent communication skills Skilled at critical thinking and problem solving Keen eye for detail Great attitude Hard-working and self-motivated Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) with the ability to quickly learn new programs
