ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in processing customer payments. Audit daily booked and completed jobs to ensure accuracy. Vendor management. Assist in managing accounts receivables. Assist with month-end close with a tight deadline. Perform basic accounting functions. Answer customer inquiries. Other duties as assigned by management. ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE REQUIREMENTS & MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Forward thinking, problem solving, and the ability to succeed under tight deadlines. Experience and familiarity with QuickBooks Online desired, but not required. Excellent organizational and time management skills; strict attention to detail. Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge required . Intermediate to advanced computer skills required : including Word and E-mail. A high standard of integrity and sound business ethics. Demonstrates critical thinking as well as problem solving and analysis. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Ability to work effectively with other internal and external departments. Ability to work independently and as a team player. Comfortable taking inbound and making outbound calls to customers.
