LHH is seeking an experienced and motivated Accounting Manager to join our investment firm. This is an exciting role with high visibility, competitive pay and benefits. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily accounting operations, including general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax compliance. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and tax compliance. Manage staff Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes. Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audit activities. Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals. Stay current on accounting regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
