We are currently seeking a passionate and highly skilled Accounting Manager for a permanent position in our dynamic manufacturing company.
This role is key to the financial health and success of our organization.
As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial operations, including financial reporting, month-end procedures, journal entries, reconciliations, and overseeing AP/AR.
You will also be involved in budgeting processes and will be expected to utilize Netsuite for various accounting tasks.

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness Perform monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analyses Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of accountants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure adherence to corporate guidelines and regulatory requirements Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities, providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making Utilize Netsuite to streamline and automate financial processes and reportingQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Master's degree or CPA preferred Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in a senior role within the manufacturing industry Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Experience with financial reporting, month-end processes, journal entries, reconciliations, and overseeing AP/AR Proficiency in using Netsuite or similar accounting software Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and optimize workflows High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
