NCAB Group USA is seeking an Accounting Team Manager.
This is a role that will require you to maintain the financial integrity of our USA division by accurately processing financial transactions, maintaining records and providing financial information to management in a timely and accurate reporting and managing our USA Accounting team.
This position will be an "in-office" role due to the management and oversight nature of the role.

What you will do: Play an integral role in month end closeReview and check expense reports for verificationFiles timely financial reports to banks, management and tax authoritiesManage cash flow via Accounts Payable and Account Receivable managementReview accounts for errors, incorrect postings and consistenciesContract review Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting optionsPerforms special projects as directed by managementMaintain financial security by following internal controlsMaintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and proceduresReporting and interacting with our finance team in SwedenWhat you will bring to role: Strong history in month end closing, financial reporting, KPI reportingExperience managing sales commission plans and compensation agreementsStrong history of financial statement analysisReconciliation experienceAudit and tax experienceManagement experiencePayroll processing experienceProvide a strong history and experience of working with peers to resolve issues with customersWhat is required: Bachelors Degree in Accounting and/or Financial AdministrationAt least 8-10 years of experience in a similar roleWho we are we and what will we provide?
