Accounts Payable - Remote Work

Job Description:

Insight Enterprises is seeking a hardworking and passionate individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable professional, working remotely from Columbus, Ohio. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the field of finance and accounting.

Responsibilities:- Process incoming invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to address payment-related inquiries- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting- Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper coding and approval of expenses- Support the Accounts Payable team with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed

Requirements:- Strong communication skills- Ability to make sound decisions and problem-solve effectively- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and develop in the role- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic accounting software- Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills
