Accounts Payable Specialist

Financial Analyst, Accounts Payable Team The Accounts Payable team manages all global invoices, supplier profiles, supplier settlements, and partner payments while driving projects related to automation and efficiencies Responsibilities: Establish strong working relationships internally and with outside suppliers Perform daily processing of accounts payable transactions to ensure that finances are maintained in an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures Review and process domestic and international invoices for payment Resolve purchase order, contract, invoice, and/or payment discrepancies Collaborative team player Customer service focused and solution oriented Organizational skills and attention to detail Oral and written communication skills Analytic and problem-solving skills Computer skills including Excel Requirements: Basic Qualifications Accounting, Finance or other business degree preferred 4 plus years of related accounting, accounts payable experience Other Qualifications Productive self-starter with ability to work well within target timeline Collaborative team player Customer service-focused and solution-oriented Well-developed organizational skills and attention to detail Strong oral and written communication skills, including the proven track record to produce clear, concise, professional written material Solid analytic and problem-solving skills Strong digital literacy including Excel Compensation: Up to $36.55hour (W2) Req#1585
