Responsibilities: Invoice Management: Prepare, generate, and send invoices to customers in a timely manner. Customer Invoicing: Ensure that customers are accurately invoiced for services provided, adhering to specific payment terms. Payment Processing: Monitor and process incoming payments, ensuring they are posted to the correct accounts. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized financial records for accounts receivable. Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure financial operations run smoothly. Collections: Follow up on overdue accounts through phone calls, emails, and written correspondence. Assist in implementing effective collections strategies to minimize past-due accounts and bad deb Requirements High school diploma required; a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus. Strong numerical proficiency and attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Google or Microsoft Office applications, especially Google Sheets / Excel. Experience with accounting software is a plus. A positive, team-oriented attitude, with the willingness to grow and take on increasing responsibilities over time. Benefits Compensation package including a $45,000 - $55,000 base + stock options.
