Accounts Receivable

The Accounts Receivable position at Trinity Industries in Chicago, Illinois is an entry-level role for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in the field. We are looking for a confident and independent individual who possesses excellent communication and innovation skills.

Responsibilities:- Process and monitor incoming payments- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies- Prepare and send out invoices- Maintain accurate records of transactions- Assist with month-end financial reporting- Communicate with customers regarding payment inquiries

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field- 1+ year of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
