Our client, an industry-leading global company is searching for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee its Order-to-Cash operations. This role will lead a substantial team, ensuring efficient management of cash, claims, and collections processes, and aligning with broader financial strategy and goals. The position emphasizes high-level coordination across departments, daily oversight, and performance-driven metrics to optimize collections and cash posting. The role operates in a flexible, hybrid work setting (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Key Responsibilities: Implement and execute Order-to-Cash initiatives as defined by the finance team. Oversee cash postings, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation. Facilitate dispute resolutions per established policies. Direct daily team activities, providing support for issue escalation and in-depth research. Track and analyze key performance indicators, making necessary adjustments to meet targets. Regularly communicate updates and highlight critical issues to stakeholders. Strengthen internal controls and participate in relevant initiatives. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to support team development. Supervise and mentor staff, providing feedback and addressing training needs. Other duties as required to support team goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field. Minimum of 7 years in Accounts Receivable or related financial functions. Proven team management skills, ideally with geographically dispersed teams. Strong organizational, analytical, and project management capabilities. Proficiency in Excel and experience with systems such as BillTrust, NetSuite, or Oracle Receivables. Excellent communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrated ability to implement training plans and performance management strategies.
