Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Tulsa team! Job Duites: Process Accounts Receivable. Upload invoices to vendor portals. Handle Collections. Investigate circumstances of non-payment. Calling, emailing, and sending a letter for unpaid invoices. Communicate with legal to send demand letters and file liens. Review AR aging and work past due accounts. Handle Purchase Orders. Enter PO's daily from vendors, verify details, tie to the job, break out tax, receive PO and edit dates. Verify supporting documents and verify purchases with the technicians. Handle invoice audits. Perform daily service invoice verification. Verify that invoices have been sent. Verification of permits for job location. Batch invoices, payments and bills, and export batch to accounting software. Maintain and update customer files and contact information. Monitor job cost and verify department coding service manager. Deposit incoming checks and record them in the portal. Ad Hoc projects: Data entry, help with general HR inquires and processing. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Intermediate Excel experience. Service Titan experience preferred. Excellent communication and customer service. Analytical and bookkeeping experience.
