About the Role:

The Mission for this Position:
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will use your knowledge and experience to perform accounting and clerical duties to efficiently maintain and process accounts receivable transactions.
The ideal candidate possesses a high aptitude for organization, is efficient with their time, exudes effortless accounting skills, understands QuickBooks desktop, and is personable, articulate, hardworking, and willing to lend a hand to anyone in any department.
Candidate must show passion for work, have exceptional computer acumen, and have strong verbal and written communication skills. An aviation background is a plus but not required.
Job Responsibilities:
Utilize JetInsight and QuickBooks desktop to invoice our customers' flights in accordance with our contracts and programs Maintain accurate customer records and reporting on all monthly statements Attach file documentation to corresponding transactions in accounting systems Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions Verify customer accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed Assist with trip invoice expense reconciliation Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent 2-5 years AR or AP experience required QuickBooks Desktop experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite & Adobe Personal/Character Requirements:
