The Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) is currently seeking candidates for the position of Administrative Assistant in Finance at Georgia Regional Hospital - Atlanta, located in Decatur, GA.
Salary: $41,493.00
Job Grade F
Job Summary:
This administrative position directly reports to the CFO.
The job duties will be to prepare hire packets for new hires, answer phones, reset phone lines, reserve conference rooms, assist other admins with certain tasks, order office supplies and other duties as assigned.
Job Responsibilities & Performance Standards:
Provides administrative support to assigned area
Provides program, administrative, and/or technical assistance to customers and staff.
Support routine administrative functions for the office.
