Job Description
The Administrative and Fiscal Assistant serves the Office of Undergraduate Academic Integrity housed in Hillcrest Hall, providing the team with reception, fiscal, and administrative support along with direct administrative assistance for the Director of Undergraduate Academic Integrity.
Required Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
• experience in reception and customer service.
• experience working in an office environment.
• experience working as an administrative assistant or related position.
• proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
• excellent communication skills and ability to maintain calm and composed demeanor when
dealing with emotional callers.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
• experience managing calendars.
• experience with purchasing processes.
• experience working at a college or university.
• knowledge of FERPA.
