Job Mission As the Administrative Assistant, you will report to the Director and play a crucial role in streamlining operations for the Internal Forestry Operations (IFO) team. Your responsibilities include supporting the IFO Head of Climate Impact, various managers, and the Infrastructure Manager. You will organize meetings and events, manage travel and records, and oversee the procurement and inventory of supplies and equipment. Being passionate about solving climate change and understanding the critical role of natural climate solutions in sequestering carbon and restoring the balance between humans and the environment will make this position thrive and ensure team success.
