Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
•Assist with office coordination and daily management.
•Daily walk through to ensure facility is orderly.
•Mailing and emailing (scanning) invoices to customers.
•Reconciling of freight bills.

•Looking up filed invoices and paperwork when necessary.
•Filing.
•Update customer contact info as needed.
•Access to postage and label machine.
•Answering phones and directing calls.
•Taking and directing guests upon arrival.
•The receiving and distributing of mail and packages.
•Kitchen duties - dishwasher and keeping supplies stocked.
•Keeping refrigerator stocked with water in conference room.
•To perform other duties or projects as assigned.
