This position will assist in answering phones, scheduling events, and supporting the Accounting and Marketing Departments.
Responsibilities: Professionally greet visitors and direct them to the correct person or departmentManage Accounts PayableProcess monthly billingsReceive, sort, and distribute mail/packagesOrder office and kitchen supplies and restock when necessaryCoordinate, plan, and manage internal and external local office events/partiesMake travel arrangementsPlace lunch ordersCoordinate and manage reservations, conference rooms, and appointmentsRespond to inquiries professionally in person, over the phone, and onlinePerform other duties as assigned Qualifications The ideal candidate will have the following:
High school education or equivalentPreferred qualifications include the following:
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsOrganizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office software Additional Information Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise.
