Administrative Assistant - Human Resources DepartmentBayview Baptist Church is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks.
Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records
Manage employee documentation and ensure compliance with HR policies
Coordinate training sessions and assist with employee onboarding
Handle general inquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team
