Acara Solutions is seeking Administrative Assistant to work onsite with our client in Birchwood, WI.
Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday (8 hours) Friday (4 hours)
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Here's what you'd do: This position will support plant management for administrative activities. Also provides general office support for the front office. A high degree of professionalism is expected in all interactions. While being able to change focus frequently. Posts internal hourly job openings. Greets visitors, vendors, and applicants receives and sorts of incoming mail, signs for deliveries, orders supplies, posts needed documentation, and employee communications, and assists with presentations/meetings (scheduling, ensuring that equipment is working, travel arrangements). Generates reports, assists with plant closure due to inclement weather and communications, additional duties as needed, provides applications to applicants/checks for completion/provides to HR for consideration. Event planning and filing of confidential information Supports employee engagement events and activities. Will plan, order, and shop for employee meals and events. Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 3 years experience in administrative working with the public. Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Associate Degree Must also be able to handle multiple priorities and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information. Well-organized, courteous, teamwork-focused, customer-focused (inter and external customer) flexible, reliable, excellent communications, time management, and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint Service and Performance Orientation Adaptable and flexible, able to adjust priorities as needed Additional Information:
