About the Role:

As an Administrative Assistant at FAIRMONT, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings, both virtual and in-person. Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records to ensure easy access to information. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Support project management efforts by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress. Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. Conduct research and compile data to assist in decision-making processes. Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Key Requirements: Energetic and hardworking individuals who thrive in a dynamic work environment. Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred, but we welcome applications from entry-level candidates with a strong desire to learn and grow. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members when necessary. Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
