Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

Wareham Public Schools is seeking a part-time transportation Administrative Assistant.
This position is funded through the revolving funds and paid in accordance with the Administrative Assistants Collective Bargaining Agreement.
This is a school year position., 15 hours per week.
The duties of this position include:
Assist with daily operation of the transportation office and provide clerical services for the Transportation Dept.
Prepare correspondence, memorandums, forms, requisitions, and reports for transportation office
Dispatching and daily operations as needed including but not limited to versatrans system and assisting with account requisitions
Comply with all district policies, as well as state and federal laws and regulations.
Proficient keyboarding and file maintenance skills.
Strong communication skills
