Administrative Assitant (Part Time)

We are seeking a proactive and outgoing Administrative Assistant to support our insurance agent in delivering exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable engaging with a diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities Assist the insurance agent in managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.Prepare and organize documents related to Medicaid and Medicare insurance applications.Track and follow up on client inquiries, ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date.Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, answering questions, and addressing concerns.Maintain accurate client records and manage database entries with confidentiality.Handle general office duties such as filing, copying, and data entry.Coordinate communication between the insurance agent, clients, and third-party providers.Support marketing efforts by assisting with outreach initiatives and client follow-ups. Qualifications Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in the insurance or healthcare industry.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Comfortable interacting with a diverse client base, particularly seniors.Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare insurance processes is a plus.High level of professionalism, reliability, and customer service orientation.
