Take meeting minutes, distribute meeting agendas, and schedule meetings for the team.Confirm that facility and operational licenses and certificates for health centers are up to date and filed appropriately in SharepointPartner with the Compliance department and Clinical Leadership to complete renewals as needed. Ensures proper licensing and certification are displayed and on record in health centers. Manage and maintain compliance of Patient Services documents for each health center, including uploading competencies and other items as requested by health center leadership to Revver. Maintain patient services manuals and clinical formsEnsures proper maintenance of all Patient Services documentation in Sharepoint and policies on PolicyStat and system for printing these forms for the health centers.Update and maintain health center hours of operation schedule per affiliate policy.Provide administrative support for the maintenance and tracking of contractual agreements with appropriate colleges, universities, and hospitals.In partnership with the Strategic Operations Manager, maintain and coordinate schedules of resident and medical student trainees.Assist with projects as needed across departments within the affiliate.
