Position Summary: Rutgers School of Health Professions is seeking an Administrative Coordinator II to work in the Dean's Office.  Under the direction of the Manager, Administrative Services, the Administrative Coordinator II will provide administrative support in the administration of program and facility matters on the Piscataway campus. 
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: Provides front-desk support, assisting students and visitors with communications, questions and guidance related to program and campus activities. Coordinates repairs and maintenance on the Piscataway campus, minimizing disruption to occupants and ensuring timely completion of repairs and projects. Serves as a central contact for renovation projects, maintenance and facilities matters for designated buildings. Coordinates and maintains the schedule for campus classrooms and conference rooms, maximizing space utilization and ensuring departments' space needs are met. Provides administrative support to Manager as needed including, but not limited to: faculty and staff onboarding and terminations, data collection, and reporting. Assists with management of Access Control systems, interfacing with other departments as needed to maintain card swipe databases and troubleshoot Access Control issues. Pro-actively identifies, assesses and informs the Manager of required projects, identifies and addresses project challenges and proposes new methods and procedures to manage and coordinate activities. Purchases supplies for the Dean's Office in Piscataway, maintaining inventories and managing dissemination of supplies to Dean's Office and department personnel as appropriate. Assists with the preparation and oversight of SHP's facilities budget for maintenance, construction, environmental services, and other delivered services. Develops and/or maintains systems and databases for capital projects, access management, work order requests, moves, and all maintenance and repair requests that are funded by the Dean's office. Understands and adheres to Rutgers' compliance standards as they appear in RBHS's Corporate Compliance Policy, Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest Policy. Performs other related duties as assigned. Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree, plus one (1) year of administrative experience in the areas of operations, facilities management or office management.  Additional related experience may be substituted for the degree on a year for year basis. Experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment, managing customer expectations, writing reports, facilitating meetings and presentations. City: Piscataway
