Administrative Services Center Receptionist Location Enid, OK : QUALIFICATIONS: Proficiency in typing, spelling, grammar, proofreading and composition. Working knowledge of basic office procedures and the operation of office equipment, machines, computer experience and bookkeeping. Experience with customer service or guest relations preferred. Experience with PowerSchool a plus. Ability to work with and communicate positively with supervisors, office co-workers, teachers, administrators and applicants. Must be a self-starter. High school diploma or equivalent. REPORTS TO: Director of HR & Communications
RESPONSIBILTIES: Greets and provides quality customer service to ASC guests. Answers phone calls at the ASC switchboard and direct calls to the appropriate individual. Provides general information to the public as needed. Provides crisis communication assistance in the event of a school emergency. Manages all initial enrollment questions. Maintains confidentiality of all student, school, employee and district information. Assists with all areas of enrollment for the Welcome Center, including paperwork collection and distribution and data entry. Assists with record requests and record transfers for new enrollees. Assists guests and callers with PowerSchool and other enrollment forms and software. Assists with the collection of district paperwork, such as school transfers and employment documents. Assists with clerical duties for the Human Resources & Communication Dept. and the Welcome Center. Works extended hours during back-to-school time to assist with enrollment. Assist guests with any questions or direct them to the proper office Accept documentation being returned to HR, Business Office or any other area in ASC Issue and/or deliver any documents or items that are brought to ASC Receive certified mail Assist HR Director with FMLA Documents and communication with staff Other duties as assigned.
